Safety Unlimited, Inc is an American Heart Association Training Site and offers a full range of CPR, First Aid, and Instructor courses.
These classes can be taken at one of our training facilities or at your workplace. We also offer on site training for groups, clubs, school, and associations.
This BLS Provider CPR Course teaches basic life support skills for application in both in-facility and pre-hospital settings, with a focus on high-quality CPR, improvement of chest compression fraction, and high-performing team dynamics. Participants are trained to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED.
The AHA’s BLS Renewal course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
Before attendance of a BLS Instructor-led hands-on skills session, students must successfully complete the online portion, including the course exam. Students must present their current completion certificate before entry into an Instructor-led hands-on session. AHA online HeartCode® training sold separately.

This course is intended for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in First Aid and CPR AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements, or it can also be taken by those who simply want to be prepared for an emergency in any type of setting.
The Heartsaver® CPR AED course trains participants to give CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
The Heartsaver® First Aid course trains participants first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills. The AHA Heartsaver First Aid Course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
The Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course trains participants how to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. The AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED Online is the eLearning portion of the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Blended Learning Course and is designed to teach students information needed for first aid, CPR, and AED training. Upon completion of the online portion, students must complete hands-on skills session with an AHA BLS or Heartsaver Instructor. This course is skills portion for those who have completed the online portion.
American Heart Association BLS and/or Heartsaver® Instructor Course. This course prepares an individual to teach American Heart Association First Aid and CPR courses. Upon registering for this instructor course, participants will be contacted to determine materials needed prior to class.
American Heart Association Heartsaver® Instructor Course. This course prepares an individual to teach American Heart Association First Aid and CPR courses. Upon registering for this instructor course, participants will be contacted to determine eligibility and prerequisites have been met.
American Heart Association BLS and/or Heartsaver® Instructor Course. This course prepares an individual to teach American Heart Association First Aid and CPR courses. Upon registering for this instructor course, participants will be contacted to determine prerequisites have been met prior to class.
This Heartsaver® Bloodborne Pathogens course teaches students how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. This course is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) .
ACLS is for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies and for personnel in emergency response. Additional cost of $46.49 is added for current textbook if student does not possess the current edition (in person class only)
This is an in-person training session for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for renewal. Student must show proof of current certification. Student must complete online precourse work prior to class day. Additional cost of $46.49 is added for current textbook if student does not possess the current edition

PALS is geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course. Additional cost of $55.12 is added for current textbook if student does not possess the current edition(for in person class only)
This is an in-person training session for Pediatric Advanced Life Support (ACLS) for renewal. Student must show proof of current certification.
